8th Grade Choir
Welcome! I am excited that you have chosen to be part of the Chorus this year!
I am pleased to be your choral director and am looking forward to having great choral experiences.
The Chorus is
a performing ensemble with a focus in preparing for performances and creating and expressing yourself as an ensemble through
music. Your attendance is required for all choral performances. Failure to attend a performance will result in a make-up assignment.
You will be developing
vocal technique, reading skills and musicianship. The class expectation is to
work hard with participation and diligence. The hard work will make wonderful
memories and musical experiences that will last a lifetime! Remember that learning
music is a life long journey.
Music Class Expectations

on time to rehearsals and performances

result in a charge.
